Okay, hey everybody.

Welcome back to the Breaking Up With Burnout show. It has been a long time. I have had tech issues since October and being a high achiever and somebody that runs their own business that is expanding, I haven't had margin to figure this out. But obviously you're hearing this message. That means I have figured it out. Hallelujah. Praise the Lord.

I am so glad to be back in this arena, this time, this, what do I call it?

This avenue platform because I love podcasting. I love talking to you. I love sharing in this way. It's one of my favorite ways to share with you. And it's been too long.

So I've been determined like:

having weekly episodes again Because I love doing that and getting those out to you.

I like to have a little bit of individual Episodes so our solo episodes like this one But also guests if there is a topic or a guest that you would like to Hear on the show Send me an email Tiffany leader at see the wonder net hit me up on the socials if you have not been updated from me the social options My Instagram has been hacked. I have not given up yet on getting it back. So it's Tiffany dot leader and now it has a Underscore behind it. So if you get a message from me for on Instagram it is from that

account. It is not me. It is a hacker and I'm trying all the options to get my account back but haven't gotten it back yet. So, Instagram. I'm on my personal one which I'll link below but I'm mostly focusing on Facebook and I'm still blogging on my sub stack and those are the two main places. Oh, I'm on TikTok. I always forget this. I'm on TikTok as well as long as it stays up.

And I'm on LinkedIn but that's kind of new -ish trying to post on there. But if you want to like get a hold of me and find me and see what I'm doing, Facebook.

Substack, TikTok, email, really email. Like if anything, send me an email. I check all my emails. I don't have anybody that checks them. So I will respond to you. And I love connecting. I have found I love connecting with people through email. It's just different. It's long form. It's different than sending audio notes, which if you know me, I love a good audio note or a voice memo.

Um, so feel free to find me and send me a note.

But yeah, that has kind of thrown me off being on Instagram or not being on Instagram. So I'm kind of taking that pause for January to kind of figure that out and see what I'm going to do moving forward.

Okay, some other changes that I wanted to talk about and or new things is that I call myself a faith led entrepreneur and I have not shared a lot about my faith and spiritually mindedness and I think I have an episode about this where I want to share more and I want to be more bold in sharing my faith just because like I am, I'm like trying not to jump on the soapbox but I'm tired of like Christian keyboard warriors who claim faith in Jesus and they have just really mean things to say or they align with certain

ideologies, political platforms, and things that just aren't biblically based and they aren't of Jesus. And so I have felt strongly I'm now in a place where I've healed from some things that have happened in my own life spiritually that I'm ready to either talk about it or just have more conversation and or implement it more in what I'm talking about because I think it's so important for me the foundation of what I do and who I am is Jesus and is the Bible and is scripture and that's where healing has come from that's the foundation of the healing that has come from but I also believe you know we can have a coach or a mentor or a therapist to bring healing as well or

these like religious constructs I have deconstructed I've had my own deconstruction experience and I'm just passionate about wanting to share my faith again and stepping into that realm of talking about my faith because that's where everything comes from that's how I have healed and how I don't have burnout anymore and I whether or not you have the same faith as mine you're welcomed here you're welcomed in this place because I believe in humanity and I believe that it doesn't matter what you look like what your ideals are what political platform that you do subscribe to I believe in you as a human being

we may disagree on certain things but I want to respect you give you dignity and value and so if you step into any services with me I want you to know that I would never push my faith on you but I hope that you can see my faith and that I will always pray internally before sessions before I do things because that's how I've always done things whether or not I have said anything or not or even to clients I see clients that don't have the same faith as I do but I do pray so that I have the wisdom and the words and the right heart to be able to provide them with what they need moving forward so

With that said, I just want to say like, I'll be talking more about my faith and maybe have some guests and conversations around it just because I just think it's so important. And again, I'm just tired of keyboard warriors and people who say that they love Jesus, but they are treating the poor in the least of these in the marginalized and inhumane ways and justifying that because of their religious constructs and faith. So, all right, jumping off that soapbox, jumping off that soapbox.

So if you want to have a conversation, I'm happy to have that conversation again. You can email me and we can talk more about that.

something new that is coming is a membership and I am so excited about this I have been prepping for this I am actively recording and and creating for this membership because I'm just so excited about it so it's called the take a moment collective it is for women so sorry guys that are listening this is not for you but these are for this is for women who are high achievers high performers who are sensitive strivers who have great ambitions internally driven and have all these goals you want to complete in your life but you find you neglect yourself

And you find you want this soul nourishing rhythm and you desire this rhythm to take care of yourself so that you can breathe and feel good in your own skin. But it just doesn't seem like it's there. And so that's where burnout starts to breed. That's where unresolved chronic stress starts to happen. That's where we can have health issues. If you guys know my own story, I have health issues just because I had a season of burnout and exasperated the issues I was already having and have made it now, I think, worse.

And so I'm dealing with that.

But so if you find yourself in that place where you have chronic health issues or you have mental and emotional issues and you're finding yourself.

You know, you have these big dreams and you're not sure how do I take care of myself and pursue these big goals because there are mindsets that say that we have to strive and achieve and, and, you know, don't mess out on the opportunity. But what that does is that we can't take care of ourselves. That's what we hear. And so we don't, which can be very detrimental in the long run. And so this membership is for a community of women to rally together and say, hey, we are not going to sacrifice ourselves anymore for our goals and our dreams, but we are going to create rhythms in our life.

together and hold each other accountable so that we can pursue our goals, cheer each other on on our achievements and our accomplishments, but also cheer each other on on self -care practices, on soul nourishing rhythms, on things where we truly take care of ourselves and we tend to neglect as women. We often are nurturers, we're often helpers, we want to put other people first and I know talking about faith background, like I know like love yourself as your neighbor or sacrifice yourself for the service of others, like I know those those sayings in the church, but I also know the one I go back to is to love yourself as your neighbor. So that first part is saying loving yourself first.

Then love your neighbor because when our cup is full we can overflow on other people so Again I'm so excited about this membership I'm gonna be able to offer it at an affordable price And I'm just excited to see who's gonna be in there, and I'm believing for you to be in there I'm excited to see you in there, and I can't wait to support each other. I will have more information come out On the membership as we go along if you join our wait list You will get some emails That will come out that talk more about the membership I'm going to create more content about it on the socials that will come out so just look in all those different places But the email list you will get first dibs on everything that we're doing at the Sea of the Wonders so

Um, that's where you want to be. Oh, that is my timer going off because I'm trying a new thing about doing squats every 45 minutes for an 8 .5 hour day because it's supposed to help regulate your blood sugar. So I'm going to take a moment and do my 10 squats.

Okay, you know, I'm just keeping it real.

I've done my 10 squats. Something that I'm loving this year, I'm going to talk about things I'm currently loving and maybe I'll just add this into that list. What I'm currently loving is my compassion fatigue and burnout trainings.

I have loved supporting people in this way, and I've gotten a lot of responses of like individually, like how can I sign up for this? And I haven't offered it individually, like having people just sign up for it, but I have offered it for organizations and groups.

So I think I am going to offer it to individuals. So if you're interested in my compassion fatigue and burnout training, send me an email, again, TiffanyLeader at seethewonder .net, put it in the subject note, compassion fatigue and burnout training interests, and just send me an email saying that you're interested in doing it, because I want to support as many people as possible in this, and...

It's an epidemic in our country and our world really of having compassion fatigue and burnout. It just is, especially with a lot of the things that are going on in our country right now.

I'm seeing more and more people feeling burnt out.

More and more people are feeling more stress and so there's a lot of ways that we need to take care of ourselves and really nourish our souls even more so now than ever so that we can show up in the way that we were created to in this world. Because that's ultimately the goal. When you show up in the way that you were created to, then burnout is a thing of the past.

We learn our capacity levels, we learn how to increase resilience, we learn how to deal with the stress, we learn how to express our emotions, we learn all like our behaviors that are healthy and unhealthy for our specific bodies. And we have a lot of unlearning that we have to do.

And so in these trainings I teach tools I teach what is compassion fatigue and burnout what does that look like in our brains and bodies.

How does that affect us in the long term and building your toolbox or of skills that you can learn and implement and take away right away in order to

You know live without burnout and compassion fatigue as much it's inevitable that it could come But when you can see the signs are like to say the singes on the front end then You're able to You're able to catch it before you're in a full flame and You're able to help release and you're able to help your support your brain and your body and that creates sustainability Longevity and your whole being You in your mind and your emotions and your physical body and your soul and your spirit and that's my goal is to help you Navigate that and guide you through what that could look like for your life

Okay. Oh and if you need information on that, you know, again, email me. I think I will have a link in the comments or in the show notes about it. So I need to take notes on what links I need in the show notes. See, it's been a hot minute since I've done this. So, okay. So I want to segue into some fun things of what I'm currently loving because I just like to share that and it's something that I talk about with people on a regular basis and it's just fun. So I want to also know what you're currently loving as well because every season brings something new and brings something different and I'd love to hear it from you.

Okay. The first thing is snow. I have loved snow this winter. This Florida girl has turned into a snow bunny. I have loved the quietness, the coolness, and the playfulness of being in the snow. It's been so good. What I consider like my hometown is Pensacola, Florida. I had 10 inches of snow. I had all the FOMO and I couldn't believe it. I was like all my friends and people I know are romping around in the snow having so much fun down there which like a couple weeks before that where I'm at right now in southwest Missouri, we had snow and it was really, it was just beautiful and it was quiet and just the science of how like the snowflakes absorb sound and that's why it's quiet. Like I have absolutely loved it.

So much. It's just been so life -giving in Winter time because normally I'm more in the winter because I just don't want I love the summer. I love spring I love it being warm and sunny and beautiful and bright outside and the winter just kind of gets me down so I Have really enjoyed the surprise of Enjoying snow.

It's been really nourishing for my soul Something else that I'm loving is new sourdough recipes. I've been making sourdough for over a year now It's take lots and lots of practice

But now I'm at the point where and I have been before but now I'm more comfortable than ever where I can start new recipes Try new mix ins all that fun stuff like this morning.

I baked a cinnamon honey ginger Sourdough which I still don't have enough ginger in it because I'm like I want that ginger to kick if y 'all know me Y 'all know I like I love me some ginger.

I could drink it all day I could eat it all day. Like it's just soothing for my tummy because I have stomach issues. So Ginger all the way, but I've really Have been trying new sourdough recipes recently and it's been Super fun baking is cathartic. Especially bread baking is cathartic for me

Speaking of food, something else that I am currently loving is my everyday dose coffee. It's a mushroom coffee. I've tried all the mushroom coffee, so I think that's out there. And this is the one that I have experienced the most benefits from. I can tell about the clarity, about the focus on the bottles. It's like it's not ADHD. It's not for ADHD medication because I'm wondering if a lot of people thought about that because a lot of the advertisements like you can have more focus and clarity and da da da da, which I see that with the amino acids that are in there.

They have collagen and all that fun stuff. It tastes the best out of all the mushroom coffees.

I still love real coffee, but on my everyday, like during the week, I'm going to drink me some everyday dose. I actually have my cup of coffee of everyday dose with goat milk right now.

Y 'all I love me some go milk. I can drink it. It's like revived my love for milk.

I'm like, I can't have enough of it so I think I do have a referral link in the I'll have a referral link in the show notes for everyday dose so you can get a discount of it and I just love it.

Like this is not just me like advertising. I mean it is but like I actually Love it too, and I'm not gonna any products or any things that I share with you That I love or that I share link for it's actually products that I believe in I'm just not gonna share products to share products. It's just why? Why? Why share products I don't believe in and I use on an everyday basis I don't know, but I do know a lot of people do that so

Um, yeah, have you tried mushroom coffee and Tom and those of us that are her achievers tend to have anxiety coffee caffeine Feels anxiety. So having this mushroom coffee, it does have caffeine in it, but it does not affect me like regular coffee I don't have the crashes. I don't have the Jittery Ness, which I found out recently the jittery Ness and coffee is because the coffee is molded That's a whole nother story we could talk about and I might share a little bit more on that if you want more Information on that but I found out recently that the jittery Ness that comes from coffee isn't the too much caffeine But it's actually the mold that is in the coffee, which is like

disgusting anyways oh my goodness anyways okay the last thing I'm gonna share with you that I'm currently loving is something I do talk about on a regular basis but it's like I've had these feelings like bubble up recently of like I really love what I'm doing I love the work that I'm doing when I look at my schedule I get excited about the connection calls I'm making I get excited about my clients that I'm seeing I get excited about the spaces that are in my schedule that I can breathe that my schedule doesn't feel packed when I look at my calendar I'm not stressed

Because my schedule is packed to the hills because I got to cram everything in there But I actually have a sustainable rhythm where I can take breaks Where I can have focused time to do certain admin tasks where I have time I feel like I have time to do all these different things and Like this is the life the work life I have prayed for Ever since I had my big burnout episode This is the love which I'm gonna do podcasts on my story So you'll hear about that But ever since then I've prayed for and dreamed about what my schedule would look like That was sustainable for me and I'm living in it now. Has it taken me?

You know three or four years to figure it out yeah, cuz there's a lot of awareness that I had to have that I didn't know and Reason I had to figure out why I packed my schedule as much as I did before too So that's digging into some core beliefs and core roots that I had to find and navigate through and Test out and My soul can breathe now I Feel like I can breathe I feel like the things that I get stressed about I Understand why and I have to take breaks or I have to process or do the things I need to do to support myself And a lot of times it's false beliefs like a false belief of urgency. I'm gonna miss out I miss I created some kind of deadline in my head which I didn't have like recently I've been switching over a lot of Programs and trying to get my systems in place and

I had created this deadline for myself and I was like, why am I stressing out so bad? Like it will get done. I work on it diligently on a regular basis. Like it will get done when it gets done. If it's not on that deadline, it's going to be okay too. So I had to like talk, I have to talk myself through because I create these lines for myself that caused me stress for whatever reason. It's an expectation at times is unrealistic. Like I get it, having a deadline. We know what we're shooting for. We know what has to get done. Sometimes the deadline is a great motivator to get things done. But sometimes it is stressful, too stressful for me. And so I have to know what my boundary is with that. So

Going back to like my schedule. I just love it and I Yeah, I can't say enough about how it's been worth the process to navigate it Because life is so much better now Life is so much better because if I need to take a nap I can take a nap if I need to Work a little bit harder and a little bit later I will if I need to take the entire day off just because like I'm having you know, you know, I'm gonna need a mental health day that I can take the whole day off and My business will still run even if I'm not in it 24 7. So It's just a freeing experience and knowing that like I'm producing income from my family I am with other people now creating income for them and their family like

Because I have a team now, so come on Living the dream Right now I've had all these feelings that have come up because of that so Anyways all right I didn't want to make this super super long because I've got other ones that are probably coming that are longer And I did want to give you an update because I miss Talking to you on this platform, and I miss being here with you on a regular basis And I'm looking forward to doing it on the reg so So excited all right until next time I'll talk to you soon and thank you for listening in to the breaking up with burnout podcast if you can like subscribe rate
